Prices and offers may change before an order is accepted. An order acknowledgement is not a guarantee of acceptance. We may correct genuine pricing or catalogue errors, request verification, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.

Orders must be prepaid online using a payment method shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay or another displayed provider and are subject to provider authorization and fraud checks.

The Wave Nutrition name, site design, original text, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our responsibility is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss arising directly from the affected order. These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts having jurisdiction as provided by applicable consumer and procedural law.
