Return & Refund Policy

A product must be unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and returned with all labels, accessories, and proof of purchase. Approval is required before sending any item back.

Contact us within 7 days with your order number and an unedited unboxing video that shows the sealed parcel, shipping label, and full contents. If the claim is verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.

Opened, used, unsealed, altered, or improperly stored supplements cannot be returned. Taste, flavour, texture, mixability, or individual results are subjective and are not defects. Clearance items, free gifts, and items marked final sale are non-returnable unless damaged or supplied incorrectly.

For an approved change-of-mind return, actual two-way shipping and payment processing costs may be deducted from the refund. We cover reasonable return shipping for a verified fulfilment error or transit-damage claim. Returned items are inspected before a refund or replacement is approved.

Approved refunds are sent to the original online payment method where possible. Banking and payment-provider processing times apply.
